Amy Opatz, Certified Lactation Couselor
I am the Momma of an amazing son, whom I happily nursed for 26 months. It was his birth and my postpartum period that led me to this path in life. I want nothing more than to make sure as many Mommas as possible get to have that same experience.
I am a Certified Lactation Counselor(CLC) trained with the American Academy of Lactation Policy and Practice and am completing my postpartum doula certification with DONA. I am an Assistant Midwife and have had a wonderful and powerful experince at The Farm with Ina May Gaskin. I have helped many Mommas through birth and the early postpartum period and would love to help you too.
I am also quite passionate about cloth diapers and baby wearing and would be interested in giving informational classes to groups or individuals. Please contact me with questions about my products or services.
